Position: Canlan Sports Ice Maintenance Staff

This position focuses on the hands-on maintenance of our ice rinks and overall facility cleanliness. Responsibilities include safe operation of the Ice Resurfacer, performing general janitorial duties, and conducting regular maintenance of grounds and equipment. Ideal candidates thrive in a dynamic environment and are available for flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Ice Resurfacer and maintain ice quality

• Perform ice maintenance tasks including painting and edging

• Complete janitorial checklists and floor care activities

• Ensure cleanliness of entrances and surrounding grounds

• Conduct minor repairs on ice maintenance equipment

Requirements:

• Completed high school education or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license is a plus

• Previous experience with ice resurfacing equipment

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• Strong communication skills and proactivity
