This Facilities Management Program Planner position involves administrative and technical duties essential for maintaining municipal buildings. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Diploma in building or architectural technology
• Significant experience in facilities or maintenance management
• Knowledge of building maintenance methods and systems
• Proven ability to prepare schedules and budgets
• Valid Driver's License for British Columbia
