Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a team of maintenance technicians

• Coordinate day-to-day maintenance and preventive activities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated maintenance issues

• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and safely

• Maintain records through CMMS and digital platforms

Requirements:

• 5+ years of building maintenance experience

• Proven supervisory or management experience

• Strong understanding of life safety systems

• Experience working in mixed-use building environments

• Trade certification such as BOMA is an asset
