Facilities Coordinator Arc’One Westminster

Keep Arc’One safe, organized, and operational as a Facilities Coordinator using hands-on maintenance and responsive service. This on-location role is based in New Westminster.

As Facilities Coordinator, you will support manufacturing, distribution, and office environments. You will complete repairs, coordinate workplace changes, respond to requests, and maintain spaces alongside Facilities, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and service teams.

• Complete facilities tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeep
• Build, repair, and modify furniture, fixtures, and workstations
• Coordinate moves, reconfigurations, and production line setups
• Identify hazards, maintenance needs, damage, and housekeeping concerns
• Coordinate suppliers, cleaners, contractors, deliveries, and service work

• Practical facilities, maintenance, furniture, construction, or similar experience
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Clear communication with employees, contractors, and service providers
• Ability to organize competing requests and changing priorities
• Ability to perform physical duties using safe work practices
