Residential Maintenance Supervisor

Lead residential property maintenance in New Westminster by supervising staff and handling mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. The position is based at 810 Agnes.

This Maintenance Supervisor oversees maintenance for a higher-complexity, multi-unit residential property. The work includes coordinating staff, diagnosing equipment problems, and assigning or performing repairs. It also involves contractor and vendor communication, written specifications, bids, and service negotiations.

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff efforts
• Train, coach, and communicate with maintenance staff
• Repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
• Perform or assign carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and housekeeping duties
• Interface with contractors and vendors, securing service bids

• High School diploma or GED
• Three to four years of commercial or multi-unit property experience
• Computer and smartphone literacy
• Clear, effective English communication verbally and in writing
• Preferred HVAC, electrical, appliance, or driver’s license credentials
