Support clean, presentable residential strata buildings with Alliance Maintenance using dependable sanitation and facility cleaning skills. Weekend shifts are available.
This Building Cleaner position serves residential strata properties across Metro Vancouver. You will sanitize restrooms, disinfect high-traffic areas, empty trash, and keep entrances clear. The work also covers lobbies, stairways, hallways, windows, carpeted areas, gyms, and amenity rooms.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain clean and presentable building interiors
- Disinfect high-traffic areas and sanitize restrooms
- Empty trash and keep entrances clear
- Vacuum carpets and mop tiled floors
- Clean gyms and amenity rooms
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use a smartphone
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Ability to climb a five-foot ladder
- Open to cleaning light biohazard waste
