BEST is seeking a Cleaner to maintain common areas, kitchens, washrooms, and other building surfaces. The work includes cleaning windows, dusting blinds, disposing of garbage, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Knowledge of sanitation products, techniques, and methods supports consistent service for BEST’s client base. The listed schedule runs Monday to Friday, from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean common rooms, kitchens, and washrooms
Sweep and mop floors throughout assigned areas
Clean windows and keep blinds dust-free
Dispose of garbage properly and safely
Report repairs or required replacements
Requirements:
Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and methods
Physical stamina for reaching, kneeling, and bending
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a Canadian Background Check
Bring dependable cleaning, sanitation, and equipment-care skills to BEST’s Burnaby facilities across evening and overnight shifts.
