Operations Coordinator BC

Operations Full Time Burnaby, BC $22 - $26 CAD per hour

We are seeking an energetic, positive and proactive individual to support and assist with the manufacturing and testing of our hydrogen fueling equipment.

• Receiving and unpacking delivered materials and components.
• Performing quality inspections on received goods and recording the results.
• Storing components and materials within our facility, delivering components to work areas within our facility, and booking parts into and out of our inventory management software system.
• Collecting and kitting groups of components in preparation for the start of manufacturing work.
• Counting, organizing or sorting inventory as needed.
• Assisting manufacturing technicians with assembly work, tool preparation or other setup tasks.
• Monitoring and replenishing general office supplies by placing orders when necessary.
• Managing our office and manufacturing facility, maintaining its organization efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Infrequently but occasionally running local errands to support operations (travel or mileage will be reimbursed).

• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• Able to write and speak clearly and legibly in English.
• Able to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds. Comfortable working while standing for up to 90% of the day.
