We are looking for a skilled Estimator to join our team in a full-time, on-site position located in New Westminster, BC. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and generating detailed project bid proposals. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of materials and labor costs, and ensuring a seamless handoff of project details to production teams.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and effective communication skills to meet client expectations. . We are open to applicants with either junior or senior experience, with a minimum of 5 years experience. This new opportunity is due to growth within our organization.

• Experience with cost estimation, project planning, and material procurement
• Knowledge and experience with architectural woodwork, millwork, and veneer or casegoods manufacturing processes is a must - Minimum 5 years
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Proficiency with estimation software and MS Office applications
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Salary range $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience
