Position: QXO Production Associate Role
Join QXO, Inc. as a Production Associate and contribute to the leading edge of building products distribution. Engage in the fabrication of insulation materials and uphold quality standards in your work.

In this role, you will assist the operator in the cutting and processing of insulation products, including Roxul Mineral Fibre and Polyisocyanurate. Your duties involve accurate layout and coding for reassembly on roofs, while fostering a clean and organized work environment. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and an ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the operator in insulation product fabrication

• Lay out materials per custom cutting specifications

• Handle heavy insulation materials with care

• Maintain accuracy in coding finished products

• Keep workstations clean and organized daily

Requirements:

• Proficient in using tape measures and imperial measurements

• Able to read and interpret technical AutoCAD drawings

• Counterbalance forklift experience required

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to safely operate hand and power tools
