As the Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you will guide a talented team while improving manufacturing processes in a fast-evolving environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production quality and efficiency, supporting engineering transitions, and enhancing documentation practices. The position calls for a proactive leader ready to tackle challenges across various facets of the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead the manufacturing engineering team

• Drive quality improvements and process optimization

• Oversee tooling design and documentation standards

• Collaborate to enhance production workflows

• Support prototype development and transition to production
Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline

• P.Eng designation or eligibility preferred

• Significant experience in manufacturing engineering

• Strong understanding of DFM and NPI processes

• Leadership experience in manufacturing environments
