This role offers a focus on staff training, production efficiency, and safety protocol.
At Zorbas Bakery and Foods (2005) Ltd., you will provide hands-on supervision for a team of 16-20 employees, working directly in food production. Your main focuses will include minimizing hazards and training staff according to safety standards. You will also manage scheduling and prepare production reports to improve both productivity and product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food production activities
• Train staff in job duties and safety methods
• Recommend personnel actions, including hires
• Prepare reports on production metrics
• Schedule and coordinate activities of the production team
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Diploma from a recognized 1-2 year program
• Willingness to work at the physical Bakery location
• Must pass a criminal record check
• Strong flexibility and interpersonal skills
