Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: ARC’One, our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, is home to a team of skilled makers and technicians who bring Arc’teryx products to life. Located near our Design Center, the facility plays an important role in how we prototype, test, refine and manufacture the technical gear we are known for. Some of our most technically complex products including Alpha SV and new product pilots are built here.
The facility also supports ReBIRD repair and renewal programs, helping extend the life of Arc’teryx gear. This is hands-on, precision work where craftsmanship, problem-solving and continuous improvement come together on the production floor. This is . For our ever-growing operation, we are looking for Press Machine Operators to join our teams. After 3 months of training in our Training Department you will be assigned to one of our production lines.
Developing your skills is our priority. Thanks to our continuing Learning & Development Program you will acquire new skills on new products (eg: jackets, pants, or gear). And it doesn't end there, you will have the opportunity to move up and why not, join our Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams or become one of our future Team Leaders. This role is a full-time permanent (Monday - Friday) position located in New Westminster (Queensborough area).

The starting pay for factory skill-based workers is CAD$ hourly at the time of this posting, with a reasonable estimated pay range of CAD$ - $ upon the completion of training. Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
