In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic direction across all Kardium manufacturing sites. With your extensive experience in operations leadership, you will champion continuous improvement and enhance productivity. You will play a critical role in advancing the Globe® Pulsed Field System, making a meaningful impact on patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and support manufacturing leadership teams
• Implement operational strategies to align with growth goals
• Create a high-performance culture focused on engagement
• Standardize training for consistent manufacturing quality
• Oversee manufacturing budget and resources
Requirements:
• Engineering or Operations Management degree
• At least 10 years in manufacturing leadership
• Experience in scaling operations preferred
• Knowledge of ISO
13485 or AS9100 standards
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
