We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients!

In this role, you will be providing senior level strategic leadership and oversight for all Kardiummanufacturing sites. Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid work arrangement, located in Burnaby, BC.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Direct and mentor the team of Plant or Senior Manufacturing Managers for all Kardiummanufacturingsitesand provide coaching to improve operational excellence
• Develop long range operatingplansand strategies and drive operational initiatives capable of achieving Kardium’s production growth and commercialization goals
• Build a collaborative, high-performance culture across all sites, focusing on employee engagement and retention, succession planning, and workforce development
• Ensureworkforcetraining programs are standardized todeliverquality andconsistencyacross allmanufacturingoperations
• Budgetary responsibility and oversight for manufacturing operations workforce
• Drive continuous improvementprogramsanduse of methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, etc.) across all manufacturing sitestoimprove productivity and manufacturing stability
• Work closely with Planning, Supply Chain and Inventory and Logistics tooptimizescheduling, manufacturingefficiencyand inventory levels
• Set and monitor key performance indicators(OEE,Utilization,Variance Analysis) to evaluate siteperformanceand implement corrective actions
• Champion and drive a safety-first culture, and ensure compliance with all local environment,healthand safety regulations

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, orrelated technical field
• Minimum
  10years’ experience in a senior manufacturing oroperationsleadership role
• Proven experience scaling manufacturing from low to high commercial volumes
• Demonstratedsuccessimplementingcontinuousimprovementand operational scaling strategies
• Previous experience in ISO
  13485 or AS9100regulated industriesisstrongly preferred
• Experience managing a cleanroom manufacturing environment is an asset
• Experience developing workforce training and capability programs for production teams
• Excellent analytic, strategic thinking, and operational planningskills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Adept at building strong, collaborative relationships at all levels
