Position: Experienced Paper Mill Manager Wanted

Join Kruger Products as a Paper Mill Manager and take charge of our paper production facility. This role is focused on operational efficiency, quality assurance, and fostering safety practices.

In this 14-month contract position, you will leverage your expertise and leadership to oversee mill operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Your experience in managing costs and quality standards will be crucial in driving the success of our manufacturing initiatives. Engage with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide subordinates in troubleshooting production issues

• Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes

• Utilize operating reports to track performance

• Conduct safety reviews and promote safe work practices

• Engage in long-term planning for productivity improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Proven leadership in tissue paper manufacturing

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Familiar with CMMS and SAP software

• Change management expertise
