This permanent, full-time position seeks a skilled Millwright with at least three years in a high-speed packaging or manufacturing setting (food industry preferred). You will play a critical role in inspecting, repairing, and maintaining essential machinery while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Collaborate with other mechanics to share knowledge, contributing to overall machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair processing equipment

• Adjust machinery for optimal production runs

• Maintain accurate maintenance journals

• Clean and lubricate equipment regularly

• Support operators in improving line efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience

• Red Seal Electrician certification preferred

• Ability to follow verbal and written directions

• Strong time management skills

• Willingness to work on weekends as needed
