Description:

We are looking for an experienced cabinet door and parts painter to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality spray finishing for cabinet components, with a strong emphasis on equipment maintenance and consistency in finish quality.

• Spray finishing of cabinet doors and parts (primers, paints, and topcoats)
• Surface preparation including sanding, cleaning, and masking
• Maintain consistent finish quality and color matching
• Clean and maintain spray booths and Cefla Meto finishing line
• Disassemble, rebuild, and maintain spray guns and paint pumps
• Troubleshoot spray equipment and finishing issues

• Proven experience in cabinet or wood finishing
• Strong knowledge of spray techniques (airless, HVLP, or conventional)
• Hands-on experience rebuilding spray guns and servicing paint pumps (required)
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets
• Reliable and punctual

$25.00-$35.00 per hour
