As a Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee operations for the Globe® Pulsed Field System, a groundbreaking solution for treating atrial fibrillation. You'll utilize your expertise in high-complexity environments to manage a team of supervisors and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This hands-on role requires commitment to operational excellence and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage performance for assigned manufacturing shifts
• Mentor and lead manufacturing supervisors
• Review and drive adherence to daily production targets
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to address issues
• Promote a safety-first culture in the workplace
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. or equivalent in related field
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership
• Experience in regulated industries preferred
• Knowledge of GMP practices
• Proven track record in continuous improvement
