Elevate manufacturing productivity as a Manufacturing Technician I with Mustang Survival in Burnaby, BC. Engage in technical support, documentation, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
This full-time role at Mustang Survival is integral to the Manufacturing Engineering team. You will provide day-to-day support, maintain engineering documentation, and help implement manufacturing processes. Your contributions will drive operational excellence in producing critical flotation and survival solutions for diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to routine production issues and troubleshoot as needed
• Update work instructions and manufacturing documentation
• Collect and organize critical production data accurately
• Verify implementation of approved engineering process changes
• Assist with investigations and root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Diploma in Manufacturing or related technical field
• 0–3 years in manufacturing or engineering support
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience with technical writing for process documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
