As a critical team member, the Production Associate role involves executing essential production tasks to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include packaging, line inspection, and supporting the upkeep of production machinery, with an emphasis on quality standards. Work hours are Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with potential overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete packaging assignments and machine feeding tasks

• Assist in machine setup and changeovers effectively

• Retrieve raw materials and manage product inputs

• Assemble, pack, and label boxes for distribution

• Ensure product quality through checks and communication

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in packaging or manufacturing environments

• Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments
