This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting Mustang Survival’s mission to manufacture inflatable safety products. You will assist with engineering documentation, support continuous improvement projects, and maintain organized production activities to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot routine floor issues and escalate as necessary

• Update engineering documentation and work instructions

• Collect and manage manufacturing and test data

• Support implementation of approved tooling and fixtures

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or certificate in engineering technology

• 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes

• Familiarity with technical writing for work instructions

• Proficient organizational and analytical skills
