Electronic Solderer

Position: Electronic Solderer at Algo Communication Products
Become an integral part of Algo’s team as an Electronic Solderer in Burnaby, B.C. Work with cutting-edge audio and video communication products that redefine industrial communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of soldering and assembly tasks under the guidance of the Production Manager. Your work will involve not only the manual assembly of components but also stringent inspection and rework processes. Adhering to IPC standards, you will ensure that all products meet our high-quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual assembly of electronic components, SMT and through hole

• Conduct thorough inspections and rework of technology assemblies

• Ensure adherence to IPC standards during all tasks

• Solder various electrical components to highest standards

• Execute mechanical assembly when required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in soldering or related fields

• IPC certification is advantageous

• Ability to lift a minimum of 20lbs

• Good eyesight necessary for soldering tasks

• Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a quick-paced environment
