About Us
Canadian Co-Packing is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in dry food production and co-packing services. We manufacture and package products including granola, cookies, crackers, baking mixes, powders, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and other shelf-stable food products.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who want to learn multiple areas of food manufacturing and grow with our company.
Responsibilities- Package food products according to customer specifications.
- Assist with ingredient preparation, weighing, and mixing.
- Support baking and production operations.
- Label and inspect finished products.
- Pack products into boxes and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other production equipment (training provided).
- Clean equipment and production areas following food safety procedures.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, and company food safety policies.
- Complete basic production records and checklists.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
- No previous food manufacturing experience required; training will be provided.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Forklift experience is an asset but not required.
- Take pride in their work.
- Learn quickly.
- Are dependable and work well with others.
- Want to develop new skills.
- Can work in multiple areas of the facility.
