Director of Manufacturing at Kardium

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and mentor Plant and Senior Manufacturing Managers

• Develop operating plans and drive operational initiatives

• Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing employee engagement

• Ensure standardized training programs for manufacturing operations

• Oversee budget for manufacturing workforce

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Operations Management

• Minimum 10 years in a senior manufacturing leadership role

• Experience scaling production from low to high volumes

• Knowledge of ISO
13485 or AS9100 regulations preferred

• Strong communication and analytical skills
