Burnaby Production Supervisor - Food Processing

Take charge as a Production Supervisor in food processing at our Burnaby location. Focus on staff training and quality enhancement in a permanent, full-time position.
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor at 8125 N. Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC. In this role, you'll train staff in safety standards and company policies, oversee production workflows, and generate key reports. Your leadership will drive improvements in productivity and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training on job duties and safety measures

• Recommend hiring and promotional actions for staff

• Create and evaluate production reports for efficiency

• Suggest improvements for productivity and product quality

• Supervise and schedule daily worker activities
Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school graduation certificate

• Prior supervisory experience is advantageous

• Must work on-site in Burnaby
