Recycling Labourer - Afternoon Shift

Location: New Westminster

Become a key player in recycling efforts as a Recycling Labourer focused on sorting materials. This afternoon shift role comes with full training and the chance to contribute to environmental conservation.

Ideal candidates are reliable and detail-oriented, ready to work in an active, physical environment. You will operate high-speed machinery, sort containers by hand, and maintain the POR system. It's essential to keep the facility clean and ensure the accuracy of sorting brand containers to maximize recycling efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage high-speed counting machinery

• Manually sort and count beverage containers

• Accurately input data into the POR system

• Ensure cleanliness of the machinery and facility

• Sort containers to their respective locations

Requirements:

• Reliability and attention to detail mandatory

• Basic computer skills for data updates

• Positive approach in a fast-paced environment

• Must be available Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm

• Commitment to supporting recycling initiatives
