Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming parts and materials efficiently

• Prepare parts for painting sessions

• Apply industrial coatings with precision using manual spraying

• Maintain and troubleshoot technical painting equipment

• Ensure a safe work environment by reporting incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience

• Reliable and safety-conscious work ethic

• Experience mentoring apprentices in painting techniques

• Ability to operate forklifts and run overhead cranes

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
