You will ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality, and assist in machine setups, all while keeping safety and efficiency as top priorities. Key Responsibilities:

• Complete packaging tasks efficiently and accurately

• Assist in setting up and changing over machines

• Retrieve raw materials and manage inputs for production

• Pack, label, and load boxes onto pallets

• Ensure product quality through checks and communication

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Experience in packaging or manufacturing is an asset

• Ability to stand for extended periods in a cold environment

• Strong communication skills in English

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
