Position: Service Engineer II at D-Wave Systems
Elevate your career with D-Wave Systems as a Service Engineer II. This role combines hands-on mechanics and cutting-edge technology in the quantum computing field, located in Burnaby, BC.

You'll be part of a dynamic team focusing on building, repairing, and maintaining quantum computing systems, essential for our Leap™ service. Your expertise in cryogenics and electromechanical systems will ensure high system performance. In addition to system support, you'll enhance service procedures while nurturing valuable client relationships through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in system installations and upgrades

• Maintain and troubleshoot complex systems

• Work with R&D to enhance system serviceability

• Build strong relationships with customers and partners

• Support production systems in an on-call rotation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on electromechanical experience

• Familiarity with programming languages like Python

• Strong organizational and troubleshooting capabilities

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
