In this pivotal role, you will guide all Kardium manufacturing sites towards exceptional operational efficiency and team development. Your leadership will focus on implementing best practices, fostering a culture of safety, and driving innovations in manufacturing processes to meet high demand.
Key Responsibilities- Direct senior managers to boost operational performance
- Formulate long-term strategies for growth
- Cultivate a performance-driven workplace culture
- Standardize quality training initiatives across sites
- Manage budgetary oversight for manufacturing efforts
- Engineering or Operations Management degree required
- Minimum 10 years of senior operations experience
- Successful track record in manufacturing scaling
- Prior experience in ISO
13485 or AS9100 environments - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
