Lead Production Supervisor Role

Join Kardium Inc. as a Production Supervisor, driving manufacturing innovation in Burnaby, BC. This full-time, on-site position is central to advancing cardiac care technology.

In this role, you'll oversee the Production team and ensure optimal schedules while enhancing technical processes. Your leadership will contribute to cross-functional collaboration and the successful deployment of the Globe® Pulsed Field System, a breakthrough for atrial fibrillation treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production schedules and objectives daily

• Lead troubleshooting and process improvement activities

• Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration to minimize downtime

• Oversee implementation of GMP and lean initiatives

• Conduct performance reviews and help develop team skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environments

• Technical diploma or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with ISO standards and lean methodologies

• Strong communication skills across all levels

• Capability to analyze and solve production challenges
