As a pivotal leader, you will oversee all aspects of paper production, optimizing performance and implementing cost-control measures. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams including Converting, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance will ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement. Your emphasis on safety and quality standards will help maintain our reputation in the industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Proficiency in CMMS and SAP software
