• The candidate will be responsible for greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must harvest seedlings.
• The candidate must mix fertilizer.
• The candidate must clean the work area.
• The candidate will be responsible for fertilizing and spraying crops.
• The candidate must harvest crops.

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
• The candidate should be reliable.
• Farm operations include chicken farming, corn farming, organic farming, and other vegetables and melon farming (except potato).

• The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
• The candidate should work in a room and board-provided setting, dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being, where staff members thrive.

• The candidate must have prior honey harvesting experience.

• Crops include apples, blueberries, cherries, garlic, melons, seed corn, tomatoes, zucchini, berries, vegetables, and grains.

• The candidate must have experience operating a fruit harvester, sprayer, duster, and hand tools.

• The candidate must be bondable.

• The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.

• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
• The candidate must finished the work with in the given time line.
• The candidate should be prepared to perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.

• The candidate must have gloves.
