Key Responsibilities:

• Read engineering drawings and assembly instructions

• Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and cable harnesses

• Solder SMT components on PCBs with precision

• Troubleshoot assembly issues and improve techniques

• Maintain production logs and track inventory

Requirements:

• Post-secondary technical diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years of related assembly experience

• Strong manual SMT soldering skills required

• Familiarity with electro-mechanical engineering prints

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
