As a Machinist, your primary tasks include setting up production machinery, repairing tools, and ensuring conformance to specifications. Your expertise in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools will be critical to maintaining high-quality standards. A valid driver’s license and Machinist Trade Certification are required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fit and assemble machine parts to close tolerances

• Document deviations from specifications precisely

• Maintain and calibrate precision measuring instruments

• Operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools

• Complete inspection reports accurately

Requirements:

• Completion of apprenticeship training

• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

• Proficient in using micrometers and calipers

• Must be bondable and dependable

• Excellent communication skills
