This role emphasizes sustaining D-Wave's unique superconducting PCB technology while documenting all processes for knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily PCB manufacturing operations for prototypes and production

• Balance engineering priorities with production schedules

• Optimize manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production issues

• Document manufacturing processes and maintain records

• Manage inventory, work orders, and manufacturing documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in PCB manufacturing operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills
