Key Responsibilities:

• Execute shelf-life tests and analyze results

• Formulate, scale, and package product samples

• Document detailed production trial information

• Conduct product development trials with precision

• Implement improvements in product quality and consistency

Requirements:

• Completed diploma in Food Science or related discipline

• Minimum of 4 years experience in product development

• Strong knowledge of commercial baking

• Familiar with GMP and HACCP guidelines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
