Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will bridge R&D and manufacturing for enhanced product yields and cost-effectiveness. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, managing component transitions, and supporting continuous engineering initiatives. Leverage your expertise in PCBA development and design modifications for improved processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting for manufacturing electrical issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Design cables and wire harnesses for production
• Support supplier quality issues and EMS transfers
• Collaborate on manufacturing training and work instructions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in similar manufacturing roles
• Proficient in PLM systems and BOM management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical assembly processes
