Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent

• 3–7 years of relevant manufacturing experience

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools

• Proficiency in manufacturing simulation and workflow optimization

• Experience in automation and smart technologies is advantageous
