About our Client

Our client is a non-profit organization that develops, manages, and improves systems to recover and recycle used items and packaging. They are currently looking for a temporary-to-permanent General Labour worker to join their small Quality Assurance team in New Westminster. The hours of work are from 6 am - 2 pm, and they will offer $18.25/hour. The location is also Transit accessible.

Responsibilities

• Sorting plastic materials using machinery
• Loading and delivering materials when needed
• Working as part of a large, multicultural team to complete orders
• Finishing all tasks and assignments in a timely and safe manner

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in general labour or in a similar role
• Able to lift heavy objects
• Hard-working and reliable
• Ability to operate machinery
• Positive attitude and a team player
