Key Responsibilities:
• Implement manufacturing improvements and efficiencies
• Design and develop tools and fixtures for production
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Improve safety and quality in manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with Product Development on manufacturability
Requirements:
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years with a Technical Diploma
• Solid Works and advanced Excel skills required
• Experience in statistical process capability analysis
• Knowledge of automation in manufacturing
