As a Packaging Specialist II, you will enhance cryogenic packaging development through direct experimentation and prototype creation. Collaborating with a skilled team of scientists and engineers, you will address manufacturability concerns and assist in transitioning experimental designs into scalable manufacturing processes. This is an opportunity to work in a leading quantum computing firm and advance your technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct hands-on evaluations of new materials and designs
• Develop and test prototypes for next-gen packaging
• Address assembly challenges and facilitate resolution
• Document processes and refine manufacturing methods
• Inspects and assembles precision electronic components
Requirements:
• A relevant technical diploma or similar education
• Minimum of 4 years in complex assembly environments
• Experience in microassembly techniques required
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to document and collaborate effectively
