Position: Production Manager (Wapanatahk Media)
Are you a highly organized individual with an interest in television production? Wapanatahk Media is looking for a Production Manager to join our team to support several upcoming factual series. This role is based out of the Blue Ant Studios Burnaby office for the duration of the project, but may require occasional travel to the field.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Managing all aspects of the production from the office
Building production call sheets, tracking crew schedules, and other production documents as needed
Oversee the maintenance and tracking of various/documents or checklists (AD&D, release forms, DPRs)
Collecting and reconciling invoices/expenses to submit to accounting
Occasional travel to field/set
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of previous experience as a Production Manage rand/or Production Coordinator
Strong work ethic ("on call" aspect may be required during parts of the production)
Experienced in Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Currently legally eligible to work in Canada
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car is preferred
Must be able to work full-time in-house in our Burnaby office

START DATE:

September 2026
Contract Length: 16 weeks (until January 2027)
Rate: $1,600 - $2,000 per week, based on experience
