Reporting to the Paper Mill Manager, you will guide a team of hourly workers to enhance safety, compliance, and operational performance on the Paper Machine. Your responsibilities include fostering Lean Manufacturing principles and ensuring improvement in various areas like productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

• 5 years of leadership in manufacturing

• Strong coaching and communication skills

• Proven troubleshooting abilities

• Knowledge of tissue paper making preferred
