Optaderm Brand is a growing skincare company focused on results-driven formulas, education, and community. We are looking for a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media & Content Specialist / Fulfillment Assistant to help bring our brand story to life online while supporting day-to-day fulfillment and operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of content creation, digital marketing, and operational support. You will play a key role in growing Optaderm’s online presence, engaging our audience, and ensuring our products are delivered accurately and on time.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Develop and execute content strategies working directly with the founders, key staff and Operations Lead, aligned with Optaderm’s brand and business goals
• Create and maintain a content calendar across social platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In)
• Produce high-quality short-form content including Reels, Stories, photography, video, and graphic assets and work with specialist vendors for long-form content
• Engage with our community through comments, direct messages, polls, and community management
• Stay on top of trends in skincare, beauty, and social media to drive engagement and growth
• Provide monthly and quarterly social media performance reports and insights

Marketing & Brand Support

• Assist with product launches, promotions, influencer/affiliate collaborations, and brand campaigns
• Create and resize digital assets and copy for ads, email marketing, and social media using tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite
• Support email marketing (e-blasts, promotional emails) and brand communications using Engage Bay
• Assist with marketing administrative tasks including invoicing, vendor coordination, and reporting
• Interpret monthly performance reports for website and social media analytics

Fulfillment & Operations Support

• Assist with order fulfillment including packing, shipping, and inventory organization
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and cycle counting and assist with restocking
• Support operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce fulfillment

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, digital marketing or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content tools (Instagram, Tik Tok, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, You Tube, etc.)
• Experience with website management, SEO, and analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar)
• Photography and videography experience; product and lifestyle content experience is a strong asset
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment or operations is a plus
• AI tools experience is an asset
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Graphic design experience is an asset
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness is highly preferred
