As part of our dedicated team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and focus on community management, reputation, and advocacy initiatives. Your primary task will involve driving digital engagement and fostering a positive brand presence. Collaborative efforts with internal teams will allow you to create impactful localized campaigns and manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute social media strategies for engagement
• Develop localized marketing assets to boost showroom traffic
• Facilitate relationships with local business associations
• Manage online reviews and feedback mechanisms
• Track and analyze performance metrics for campaign optimization
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in digital or growth marketing roles
• Proven track record in community engagement
• Proficient in content creation and imagery
• Solid knowledge of social media and marketing analytics
• Experience in fast-paced project management
