The Internal Communications and Events Coordinator is essential in crafting effective communication and executing events designed to enhance employee experience at Pacific Blue Cross. In this unionized position, you will lead internal campaigns, manage event logistics, and ensure that communications reflect the company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement internal campaigns and initiatives
• Manage logistics for employee engagement events
• Write and update content for company communications
• Track engagement metrics on internal platforms
• Collaborate with teams to promote health initiatives
Requirements:
• 1-year Graphic Design certificate or similar qualifications
• 2 years in a communications or marketing role
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Strong event coordination and planning skills
• Familiarity with multimedia content creation
