We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and help drive new customer acquisition and support partner marketing efforts through hands-on execution of digital campaigns, events, and trade shows.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will support the marketing team's execution across campaigns, partner marketing, events, and email — helping bring programs to life and ensuring everything is tracked and measured accurately in Hub Spot. This is a highly collaborative role: you'll work closely with teammates across the marketing function to keep campaigns moving and well executed.

This role is built for someone who loves being in the details of a campaign execution including supporting a digital programs, building campaigns, supporting content marketing, planning an engaging trade show, and helping a partner co-marketing effort come together. A great candidate will have an eye for the data and systems that make those efforts easier to measure and repeat.

• Support execution of marketing campaigns across the team, helping coordinate timelines, assets, and channel setup

• Support execution of partner and co-marketing campaigns, from setup through reporting
• Help coordinate partner marketing assets, campaign timelines, and shared program logistics

• Build and deploy marketing emails that support campaigns, events, and nurture programs
• Manage segmentation, quality assurance, and performance optimization to improve engagement

• Own coordination and execution of trade shows and events from planning through follow-up, including logistics, booth activation, and on-site presence
• Ensure lead capture, campaign tracking, and post-event reporting are in place

• Contribute to dashboards and reports across Hub Spot, CRM, and paid platforms
• Provide insights on campaign performance and support attribution tracking across channels

• Help manage Hub Spot campaign setup, segmentation, and workflows in support of team-wide programs
• Support lead routing and data consistency in partnership with Sales Operations
• Support adoption of marketing tools, naming conventions, and reporting standards

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing specialist, or a related B2B role
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS or technology company environment
• Experience supporting campaign execution across multiple channels (digital, email, events)
• Familiarity with Hub Spot or a similar marketing automation platform, and CRM systems
• Experience planning or executing trade shows, events, or webinars
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Strong attention to detail, a team-first mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience working in partner or channel-driven marketing environments
• Familiarity with ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem
• Experience with marketing operations, automation, or lead lifecycle management

Base Salary Hiring Range:$71,000 – $85,000

This range reflects the starting compensation for new hires in a full-time capacity. Final offers are based on experience, skill set, and the unique value you bring. In exceptional cases, compensation above this range may be considered.
