What you’ll work onManaging end-to-end marketing programs for our small business customer segment across the post-purchase lifecycle with a focus on cross-sell, upsell, and expansion
Owning campaign ideation, planning and execution for cross-selling multiple products within designated customer segments to drive product adoption
Building multi-channel program plans, including email, digital, events, in-product, and beyond
Analyzing and reporting on KPIs and marketing funnel performance, and proactively optimizing for improvement
Developing AI-powered workflows to accelerate campaigns, derive insights sooner, and reduce manual tasks
Collaborating with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to create cohesive, customer-centric programs aligned to cross-sell and broader business objectives
3-5 years in a B2B software Customer Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Program Manager role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content
Strong understanding of marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
Strong project management skills and comfort with Asana or other tools
Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making and strategy
An open and curious mindset regarding AI and a track record of leveraging it to improve velocity
Copywriting experience
Experience with the legal industry or legal technology
Excellent planning and organizational skills
AI proficiency in tools that accelerate delivering high-end work

The expected salary range for this role is CAD 87,000 to CAD 117,800, depending on region and experience. Final offers reflect geographic location, experience, and skillset.
